View Shipments
In the Order Management application you can either view a listing of Shipments to Prepare or view the details of an order related to a particular shipment. Customer Service Representatives, can for example, answer customer inquiries about their shipment or evaluate the size of a shipment by using the Shipments to Prepare list.
The system notifies you when the shipment data for the current filtering criteria is out of date, by displaying a message at the top right of the shipments list in the following format: nn new shipments match your filtering criteria. The message will be displayed until the list is refreshed.
OPTIONAL: Click refresh to update the shipment data.
The Shipments to Prepare list includes the following information:
• | Order Number & Shipment Status |
• | Number of Line Items & Units |
• | Fulfillment Date |
• | Fulfillment Type |
• | Customer |
• | Destination / Location |
When any shipment requires attention, regardless of whether any filters are selected, a needs attention flag appears at the top right of the screen and the following message is displayed: There are shipments requiring attention.
Viewing a list of Shipments to Prepare for a scope:
1. | From the Fulfillment page, use the Scope selector to select the scope that you want to work in. |
A list of the Shipments to Prepare for the selected scope is displayed.
2. | Filter the list as required. |
Any shipments that require attention are highlighted with a needs attention flag.
Viewing the details of a Shipment:
1. | From the Fulfillment page, use the Scope selector to select the scope that you want to work in. |
A list of the shipments for the currently selected scope is displayed.
2. | Filter the list as required. |
3. | Double-click the Shipment that you want to view. |
The Order Details (read-only) panel for the selected shipment is displayed.
Any shipment validation issues are highlighted by an indicator in the relevant tab section.
You cannot edit an order from the Fulfillment page. The Order Details Panel displayed from the Fulfillment page is displayed in read-only mode.
Viewing Shipments that require attention:
When you want to view only shipments that require attention, you must filter the Shipments list.
Viewing the Shipment fulfillment info in the Item tab:
1. | From the Order Details Panel, click the Items tab. |
2. | In a Shipment header click ![]() |
The Shipment Info panel slides open to display key read-only information about the shipment fulfillment (its number, fulfillment type, number of units, status, tracking number, and destination or pick-up location).
The contents of the panel vary depending on the fulfillment options (Shipping, Delivery, Pick Up) that are selected for the shipment.

Viewing the product details of any item in a shipment:
1. | From the Order Details panel, click the Items tab. |
1. | Double-click the item to see product, inventory, and custom attributes information. |
These are the custom attributes in the order that you can change from the Item Details Panel available from the Order Modification lightbox.
Viewing the fulfillment details of any shipment in the order:
1. | From the Order Details panel, click the Items tab. |
2. | Double-click ![]() |
The Product Info panel slides open displaying the Product, inventory, and attributes information.
